I loved the location of the property, how big the rooms were, and the pool for my kids. The front desk reception was very nice and very helpful. She was very attentive with getting us extra towels for the pool and for our room. She graciously answered our questions and was super friendly. I appreciated that when we walked through the front door, it smelled super clean. I know a lot of people have posted that the smell is overwhelming. However, I appreciated how clean it smelled when I walked through.

Hotel was clean and up to date but our room had 2 problems. We found a 12” wooden skewer underneath the sheets of one bed and the water in the shower and sink would not drain. Upon informing the desk clerk the next morning and showing her the skewer, she said she would ‘let housekeeping know’ and threw the skewer away. There was no apology or further comment from her.

The breakfasts were unbelievable. The staff could not be more helpful or inviting. I had such a wonderful wonderful trip. Loved the pool. The bed was so comfortable and the room was huge.Coming back to Louisiana after 37 years for a reunion, I truly stayed at the right place.
